Professional Experience
Jen Harrison joined Stream Realty Partners in 2023 as a Senior Brokerage Coordinator, specializing in the representation of office properties. In her role at Stream Realty Partners, Jen undertakes a multifaceted set of responsibilities that are integral to the organization’s success in the real estate industry.
Jen engages with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives. She cultivates strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their interests are at the forefront of every transaction.She manages the end-to-end transaction process, coordinating with various stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and legal teams, to ensure seamless and efficient property transactions. Additionally, Jen may also provide marketing support by creating marketing materials, coordinating property tours, and developing strategies to promote and showcase office properties.
Prior to her tenure at Stream, Jen held the position of Senior Project Coordinator at JLL and served as a Brokerage Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield, amassing nearly five years of experience at each distinguished organization. Additionally, she contributed her talents as a Marketing Coordinator during her tenure at Lee & Associates.
Before embarking on her career in commercial real estate, Jen worked within the commercial furniture industry in both Phoenix and her hometown of Seattle, Washington. Her diverse professional background underscores her commitment to excellence and adaptability in serving clients within the real estate sector.
