Jess joined Stream Realty Partners in November 2015.  As a Senior Property Manager, Jess is responsible for managing five properties totaling 500,000 square feet, including the LEED Gold Certified Class A property, Centrum at Glenridge.  Her portfolios have included Class A Office, Class B Office, Industrial, Medical Office, and Retail properties.  Jess prides herself in customer service, running substantial tenant relation programs carefully crafted to each asset that directly correlate to her high tenant retention.  Jess is exceptionally detail and goal oriented which enabled her to lead her team to two straight Stream Cup Atlanta wins, for Best In Class titles in 2017 and 2018.

Prior to joining Stream in 2015, Jessica worked for over ten years on the vendor side of Class A property management in both Accounting and Project Management.  She is actively involved in BOMA Georgia, serving on several committees throughout her career.  Jess graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009 and served as a Director in its Model United Nations program while in school.
