Jonathan joined Stream in 2020 and is an Associate in Tenant Representation.  Prior to joining Stream, Jonathan worked at Sands Investment Group. In that role, he specialized in triple net lease sales of medical office space. He has solid  experience in business development, cold calling, prospecting, stacking, financing, and analyzing national corporate real estate market trends.
