Professional Experience
Kelly Hendrix joined Stream in 2012 as a recent University of Texas graduate. She began her commercial real estate property management career with Stream starting as a Property Administrator. Kelly distinguished herself quickly by moving up to Property Manager and currently is a Vice President with Stream Houston’s Property Management group. Kelly earned her CPM designation in 2015 and has demonstrated excellent accounting, lease administration, and contractor supervisory skills. She is committed to developing excellent relations with the tenants and Stream’s client representatives in the office portfolio Kelly manages in Houston’s Energy Corridor submarket.
