Professional Experience
Lisa Gutierrez serves as Retail Property Manager Stream’s Houston office. In this role, she oversees the operations of a retail portfolio.
Lisa began her career at CBRE in 2014 supporting an industrial brokerage team. She transitioned into Property Management a couple years later. Before starting at Stream in 2023, Lisa worked in property management for Weingarten Realty and NewQuest Properties.
Lisa graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. She’s held her real estate license since 2014 and is in the process of becoming a CPM.
