Luba Diakiw is a Transaction Manager at Stream, supporting the Office Occupier Services division in South Florida. She oversees all aspects of transaction execution, maintaining real-time deal tracking, coordinating lease negotiations, and ensuring the seamless management of critical dates and documentation across active projects.
With a focus on precision, collaboration, and maintaining client relationships, Luba develops and manages tools and processes to improve transparency and workflow efficiency.
Prior to joining Stream, Luba was part of the Transactions & Advisory team at CBRE, where she developed and contributed a strong foundation in leasing strategy, advisory, and deal execution on a local, national, and global scale.
