Mark Gardner serves as Executive Vice President of Stream’s office tenant representation division in the greater Southern California market. He has been a tenant representative for his entire 20 year career in commercial real estate, and has completed many of the area’s largest tenant representation assignments.

Mark specializes in serving corporate users with multiple locations, and his information based negotiation style provides his clients with the leverage necessary to reduce cost, and increase operational flexibility.
