Matt Garvey joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 and serves as an Associate in the Nashville office. Matt’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: landlord representation, leasing transactions, conducting market research, and tenant representation.

Prior to joining Stream, Matt worked at Montgomery Bell Academy, where he taught history and served as head coach of the lacrosse team for eight years. He guided the team to state championships in 2019 and 2021, earning Coach of the Year honors.
