Meghan Cavazos is a Property Manager for the greater Houston area. She has an extensive background in lease administration, property accounting, tenant and client relations, and project supervision. She has been with Stream since 2018, and is committed to exuding Stream’s core values and continuing to establish strong relationships with clients and associates.

Upon moving to Houston in 2013, Meghan fell into a Property Administrator role where her passion for real estate began. Within her first year, she worked diligently to gain her Texas Real Estate Commission licensing, and moved up her way up to Assistant Property Manager, and eventually Property Manager.

Meghan attended the University of Mississippi and moved to Houston shortly thereafter. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Future Leader Program, as well as pursuing her CPM designation to further her knowledge in her craft to better serve her team & clients.
