Professional Experience
Mike Lisch joined Stream Realty Partners in January 2023 as a Vice President of Acquisitions for the Greater Miami operation. He is responsible for representing office investors, owners, and tenants in leasing, site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions in Florida.
Mike came to Stream from TIME, where he served as Director of Partnerships after the company acquired Brandcast in August 2022. During his combined tenure at the two companies, he played a crucial management role in helping the company complete the acquisition, rebuild its go-to-market strategy, and transform the way the CRE industry–including clients such as Hines, CBRE, Madison Marquette, and Savills–digitally engaged with its clients. He spent nearly five years at Newmark in tenant representation after serving as a goalkeeper for Major League Soccer’s Houston Dynamo from 2014 to 2016.
In his free time, Mike enjoys playing soccer, tennis, pickleball, golfing, and exploring new restaurants around South Florida.
