Professional Experience
Rachel Naslund is a Property Manager with the Property Management division in Stream’s Addison office. In this role, Rachel focuses on Stream’s industrial portfolio, overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering strategic property management solutions. Rachel’s focus includes, but are not limited to, vendor management, budgets and reconciliations, tenant and client relations, and operational efficiency across multiple complex properties.
Prior to joining Stream, Rachel served as a Property Manager with Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, where she managed a substantial medical office portfolio spread across seven states, including Texas. Rachel also worked with Lincoln Property Company, where she advanced from Property Administrator to Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager in under two years, overseeing multiple medical office portfolios throughout Texas. With eight years of property management experience, combined with 15 years of customer service experience, Rachel is known for developing strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, driving operational excellence and long-term asset performance.
