Renaldo Walters is a National Program Manager for Stream Realty Partners’ National Program Management Services team. With just over 7 years of engineering and project management experience, he offers a unique combination of management and problem-solving qualities. Renaldo has extensive experience in managing a project from early programming and planning through closeout, including scope management, schedule & budget management, procurement, quality assurance, and identifying and managing project risks. He has successfully executed several projects for major industrial clients, including distribution centers and manufacturing facilities.

Most recently, Renaldo managed the development and construction of JOFRAN’s new distribution center in Charleston, SC. Simultaneously, Renaldo completed several TI Projects representing both tenant and landlord for multiple industrial clients. Prior to joining Stream, Renaldo served as a Project Manager with CBRE’s Industrial division as well as two years working for The Haskell Company, a general contractor, prior – where his primary focus was on ground up industrial projects.

Renaldo strongly believes that developing a positive relationship and effective understanding with project stakeholders will result in a successful project. He prides himself in communicating effectively and efficiently to all team members.
