Professional Experience
With over 30 years of commercial and mission-critical real estate experience, Rob’s initial success in the mission-critical sector was with the first acquisitions and deployments of Stream Data Centers in 1999.
Today, Rob serves as Stream’s Co-Managing Partner, overseeing and engineering the company’s roadmap for new market growth, new business lines and expanded technical service offerings. In this role, Rob helps define and lead the strategies and overall company operations that deliver opportunities to Stream and its clients while driving the company’s ongoing exponential growth. His guidance and expertise has been instrumental in sustaining and strengthening the colocation and build-to-suit service excellence that Stream Data Centers is known for nationwide.
Prior to founding Stream Data Centers, Rob enjoyed a successful career with Stream Realty Partners, the full-service commercial real estate company of which Stream Data Centers is a subsidiary. Today, the combined Stream portfolio of 270+ million square feet of leased and managed commercial properties, $5.8 billion in transactions, and 1,200+ real estate professionals make Stream one of the most successful real estate firms in the country.
Rob resides near Stream’s Headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, holding a degree in finance and real estate.
