Roslyn joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 serving as a Property Manager on the Asana Portfolio team in Atlanta. She is responsible for property oversight, leadership, budgeting, monthly & quarterly financial reporting, supervision of the assigned property management team, COI management, property management operations, tenant relations, and vendor relations for the Asana portfolio.

Prior to joining Stream, Roslyn worked as a property manager with Adam Properties in Atlanta overseeing their commercial portfolio for over twelve years. Throughout her career, Roslyn’s experience ranges from tenant, vendor & broker relations, analyzing leases, RFP’s & LOI’s to construction renovations, TI’s, build-outs & large capital improvements for commercial properties in the metro Atlanta area. While at Adam Properties, Roslyn’s effectiveness at keeping her tenants happy, finding solutions quickly, and managing her properties in a superior manner was an integral part of why Adam Properties maintained an over 95% occupancy rate during her time there.
