Sean Kubiak joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 serving as a Construction Manager for the Interiors Services team in Houston. He is responsible for interior construction projects for Stream’s clients and tenants in the Greater Houston Area.

Prior to joining Stream, Sean worked as a project manager for multiple healthcare clients. Throughout his career, Sean’s experience ranges from managing project teams, tenant and capital improvement projects, construction management, bid evaluation, contractor selection, and ensuring overall project success for many types of construction projects, especially medical office.

Previous projects include interior build-outs of multiple physician spaces for a 2.5 million SF portfolio, constructing a 10,000 SF DNA Lab Space for a life sciences client, completing a cardiology training facility along with converting a building from general office to a medical office use.
