Professional Experience
Stephen Yost is an Analyst with the Office and Industrial brokerage division in Stream’s Orlando office. In this role, Stephen represents office and industrial tenants, helping companies right-size their real estate footprints, evaluate renewal and relocation strategies, and capitalize on market conditions to secure more favorable lease terms. Stephen’s focus includes strategic tenant representation, market research and analysis, and business development across key Orlando submarkets.
Prior to joining Stream, Stephen gained experience in real estate and finance through internships and project-based roles focused on market underwriting, research, and transaction analysis. His background gives him a strong foundation in identifying leverage points for occupiers and crafting data-driven strategies that support their business goals.
