Tara Naramore joined Stream in July 2020 as an Industrial Property Manager. Tara has over 18 years of experience in Houston’s commercial property management industry. Tara oversees all aspects of property management and reporting for a portfolio of commercial assets totaling more than 3.2 million square feet.

Prior to joining Stream, Tara was with Transwestern and managed the Amegy Bank Portfolio, which consists of three office buildings ranging in size. While managing, Tara successfully completed extensive capital projects, reduced operating expenses through energy-saving projects, supervised all tenant build-outs, and maintained outstanding client and tenant relationships. Additionally, Tara not only managed office buildings but also has a leasing background which gives her a wide perspective in the industry.
