Tim Gilbertsen joined Stream Realty Partners in 2021 as Vice President of Office Property Management in Chicago. His responsibilities include property management-leadership within the Stream Chicago portfolio, including customer service, property support, LEED initiatives and financial elements. In addition to this he assists Property Management leadership with other client needs and operational property tasks.

Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Tim worked with CBRE as a General Manager overseeing 600 W. Chicago, 555 W. Monroe (LEED Gold/Platinum) and the Gleacher Center (LEED Platinum). During his time at CBRE he worked to successfully dispose two large assets, completed over 500K of TI work and worked on $25M in Capital Improvements.

Before working at CBRE Tim worked as a Property Manager for Piedmont REIT managing 35 W. Wacker. In his role, Tim worked with the transaction services team to complete over one million square feet of leasing, and over 200K square feet of TI work. In addition, he worked on over $15M of capital improvements including a façade reseal, elevator mod, chiller and cooling tower replacement, HVAC package unit replacement, LEED Gold designation, Green Office Challenge, electric vehicle charging and the Nick Wallenda Skyscraper Live tightrope walk.
