Val Whitney is a National Program Manager for Stream’s National Program Management team focused on decommissioning and relocation projects. With more than 18 years of experience in program and project management, Val sees the big picture while understanding the intricate details of a client’s relocation program. He has managed phased approaches, safety protocols, technology coordination, and vendor procurement while proactively ensuring client transparency through every step of a relocation.
Prior to joining Stream, Val held key program management roles for Inspire Brands and CBRE. While at Inspire Brands, Val oversaw the national program for Buffalo Wild Wing Restaurants, managing new, ground-up restaurants, rebrand and refresh projects, and extensive renovations for existing locations. This included design and construction management, vendor coordination, client reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and scope management. During his time at CBRE, Val was responsible for office, retail, signage and light industrial renovation and relocation for key client accounts, including Santander Bank, Sprint Mobile, ADT, and Wendy’s.
