Professional Experience
Valdrin joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 and is currently an Associate working with the healthcare and office team for the San Antonio market. In his role, he primarily focuses on tenant representation and assists clients with development and sale opportunities. Stream San Antonio’s healthcare team has worked on over 25 medical properties with almost 1.5 million square feet with various ownership structures, including publicly-traded REITs, private equity, and regional, local, and private physician clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Valdrin was an intern with Stream in 2021 and recently graduated from Texas A&M University where he earned a BS in Agricultural Economics, as well as a Masters in Real Estate from the Mays Business School.
