Victoria Jackson serves as an Analyst for Stream’s Industrial Tenant Representation and Leasing team in Dallas. Victoria provides analytical and marketing support as well as assisting with market surveys, land and amenity maps, competitive sets, and prospect reports.
Before joining Stream in 2021, Victoria completed an internship with Aspen Grove Realty, where she sourced residential development opportunities through various on and off-market channels. She performed market research and site due diligence to identify high-value parcels that aligned with the firm’s market strategy and investment criteria. Victoria also has one year of experience with Fannie Mae as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Technology and six of the company’s Directors.
Victoria’s interest in Commercial Real Estate led her to the CRE Analyst FastTrack course, assembled by industry veterans, Richard Byrd and James Ray.
As a college athlete, Victoria played soccer at the University of North Texas where she was the first student-athlete in the school’s history to win a conference title in all four years of her attendance. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology, and Criminal Justice in December 2017.
