Professional Experience
Rachel Scarr serves as the Director of Transitions and Training for the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia market teams. She joined Stream in 2016 as a Senior Property Manager and has grown alongside the DC market into her current leadership role.
In her position, Rachel oversees the implementation and administration of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure properties are professionally managed and tenants receive exceptional customer service.
Prior to joining Stream, Rachel was a Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ/Cassidy Turley), where she managed over 750,000 square feet of Class A office space in Washington, DC. Her responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting, construction management, accounts payable and receivable, building operations, and engineering oversight. She also collaborated with the Associate Vice President to coordinate $20 million in capital projects and played a key role in achieving LEED for Existing Buildings: O+M Gold certification.
