The Houston office started in 2006 with just two brokers – and today we are proud to have nearly 150 employees across multiple business units, including office, industrial, healthcare, property management, tenant representation, marketing, construction, and development. Our service portfolio now exceeds 42 million square feet and we have developed over five million square feet of that portfolio. We are now one of the most active developers in the Bayou City with active projects underway all across Houston. Now that the market is starting to recover, we anticipate these next few years to be of significant growth for our team… and have no plan of slowing down any time soon.

Without a doubt, the most important aspect of the Houston office is our people. Not only does Stream employ a marketing-leading number of BOMA Certified Property Managers and multiple CoStar Power Brokers, but we always stand by our core values of hiring Nice, Smart, Honest, and Passionate individuals. Because of that, we are proud to mentor and breed entrepreneurial leaders inside and outside the workforce.
