Matt Asvestas is a Managing Director on the Office Landlord Representation team in Stream’s Houston office, where he leads the group’s strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations. In this role, Matt drives the growth of Stream’s office leasing portfolio, identifies strategic investment and development opportunities for the firm and its clients, and oversees the marketing and leasing of office assets across the Houston market. His career has been firmly rooted in the leasing, underwriting, and acquisition of institutional‑grade office properties.
