When Lee Belland and Mike McVean founded Stream Realty Partners in 1996, they understood that for the company to succeed, they needed a sustainable competitive advantage. By combining exceptional talent and tremendous energy, Stream’s competitive advantage was born.

Since then, Stream has grown from two founding partners to a staff of more than 1200+ real estate professionals with offices in strategically identified markets nationwide. Stream is a commercial real estate services organization working for owners, investors and occupants, with an operational area covering some of the most active real estate markets coast to coast.
