Proven Performance

Professional Experience

Randy Cooper serves as the Vice Chairman of Stream’s office tenant representation division in the greater Dallas market and helps lead Stream’s national tenant representation practice. Randy has extensive experience in managing headquarters, build-to-suit, and lease transactions and corporate relocations. In addition, he has overseen the real estate needs (i.e., lease processing, lease administration, and portfolio performance reporting) for entire real estate portfolios. He has been a tenant representative for 40 of his 41-year commercial real estate career and is recognized as one of the dominant and highest-producing brokerage professionals in the Texas market. He has completed many of Texas’ largest tenant representation assignments, including the single-largest transaction ever completed in the state of Texas.

Cooper specializes in serving corporate users with multiple locations and understands that the negotiation of any successful real estate project depends on clearly defined objectives based on sound metrics to measure performance. He has completed more than 30 million square feet of assignments since 1983, totaling more than $18 billion in transaction volume.
