Founded in 2012 with one employee, Stream Denver has grown to approximately 21 team members who focus on brokerage, management, and development in the industrial sector, many of whom have been recognized by NAIOP, DMCAR, and SIOR as Top 5 performers in the market. Our leasing and management portfolio has expanded to 10.3 SF, with much more to come. We’re also engaged in 4 fee developments that include some of the largest industrial projects in Metro Denver.
We also realize the importance of giving back to our local community, and we’ve made it a cornerstone of our mission to engage with local charities on a regular basis, with some of our team members having spearheaded charity events that are near and dear to their hearts. The foundation of the Stream Denver office is its incredible employees who are driven to give back, as well as provide quality service to our clients each and every day.
