Paul Kahn is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Denver office. In this role, Paul focuses on delivering the highest level of service from an effective and efficient platform. Concentrating solely on the industrial market, with a specialty in properties featuring yard area and outside storage, Paul and his team provide top-tier representation throughout the Denver Metro area and the Front Range.
Prior to joining Stream, Paul spent eight years as the top industrial broker at NAI Shames Makovsky, where he represented buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords across the Denver Metro area. His knowledge of the market and local jurisdictions enabled him to work successfully with both local and national investment groups. Before his time at NAI, Paul served as a Senior Managing Director with The Staubach Company after beginning his commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado.
