Stream expanded its California presence with the recent opening of its Downtown Los Angeles office in June 2026. This strategic location builds upon Stream’s existing operations in Orange County and the Inland Empire and includes a high-performing, seasoned team led by Executive Vice Chairman & Partner, Jonathan Larsen and Managing Director Chandler Larsen, who bring an impressive track record of advising occupiers on complex real estate assignments across the region and nationally. Jonathan and Chandler will also be helping lead Stream’s continued growth across Los Angeles as the firm expands its presence and capabilities throughout the market.
