Jonathan Larsen

Jonathan Larsen is an Executive Vice Chairman & Partner in Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Jonathan represents corporate occupiers across a wide range of industries and advises clients on complex real estate strategies, including leasing, sale-leasebacks, and investment sales. His focus includes national portfolio strategy, headquarters relocations, and large-scale transaction execution. He brings deep expertise in office tenant representation, having advised some of the country’s most prominent organizations on high-profile assignments.

Prior to joining Stream, Jonathan served as Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young, where he was a member of the firm’s U.S. Executive Committee and led the Downtown Los Angeles office. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Jonathan has completed numerous high-profile transactions across the United States.
