Stream made a strategic decision in 2015 to head west of Dallas and open a formal office in Fort Worth. The decision was made due to Fort Worth’s incredibly dynamic market and extreme population growth. Today, Fort Worth is one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing large cities. As a result, its commercial real estate market is exploding. Industrial development is at an all-time high, and the office market is experiencing an emergence of new development and re-developments. In addition, the continued emergence of new institutional capital into this market has created an elevated level of sophistication to this incredible city.
The city’s reputation as Dallas’ little sister has been left behind in the dust as Mayor Mattie Parker adamantly focuses on continuing to grow the city while still preserving its unique western heritage. These efforts have allowed Fort Worth to evolve from a strong local market to a national player.
