Professional Experience
Tiffany Marano joined Stream Realty Partners in May 2022 as Managing Director of Property Management for Dallas and Fort Worth. Along with business development, managing client relationships, and assisting in the strategic goals for the assets under management, Tiffany’s responsibilities include the oversight and management of over 150 real estate professionals and will lead the team to enhance Stream’s property management platform. The group’s primary focus is to provide clients and tenants with superior customer service during all phases of the property management assignment. This includes timely and accurate reporting, adaptability to client-specific needs, and a thoughtful and diligent approach to property transitions.
Tiffany has a diverse background in real estate, working with all product types for institutional and non-institutional clients. She comes to Stream from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was a Director in Southern California for six years and ran portfolios that spanned from San Diego, Orange County, the Inland Empire and Los Angeles. Prior to that, she held positions with CBRE and Panattoni Development Company in Southern California.
