Professional Experience
Forrest Cook serves as an Executive Vice President in Stream’s Fort Worth office. He is responsible for project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, acquisition/disposition services, and development services for the firm’s Industrial Division in Fort Worth. Since joining Stream in 2016, Forrest’s market knowledge and unparalleled level of service have been instrumental in completing more than 546 industrial, flex, land, and construction transactions, totaling over 67.7 million square feet and $2.1 billion in transaction value.
Forrest attended Texas A&M University, where he received his Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate.
