Professional Experience
Shane Flanigan is a Managing Director of Property Management for Stream’s Southern California, Phoenix, and Denver markets. With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Shane has worked with all product types for both institutional and non-institutional clients, bringing a diverse background in real estate. He is responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of each market’s property management teams, with a focus on leveraging Stream’s investor resources and talent to benefit clients across the regions, including Orange County, Inland Empire, Greater Los Angeles, Denver, and Phoenix. Shane is a proven leader with a hands-on, ownership-minded approach and a track record of delivering exceptional results.
Prior to joining Stream, Shane was at RiverRock Real Estate Group (RREG) in Newport Beach, where he served as Regional Vice President for Southern California for over six years, overseeing portfolio operations and business development across Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire, and Los Angeles. Before that, he served as Vice President of Operations for the Western Division at PM Realty Group for 10 years.
