Professional Experience
Shane Flanigan joined Stream in September 2023 as a Managing Director of Property Management in the Southern California market. He has over 17 years of experience with a diverse background in real estate, working with all product types for institutional and non-institutional clients. Shane is responsible for day-to-day oversight of Stream’s Southern California property management team, with a focus on leveraging Stream’s investor resources and talent for the benefit of clients in the region, including the Orange County, Inland Empire and Greater Los Angeles markets. He is a proven leader with a hands-on, ownership-minded approach and a proven track record of delivering results for institutional and private clients.
Shane comes to Stream from RiverRock Real Estate Group in Newport Beach, where he was a Regional Vice President for Southern California for over six years and ran portfolio operations and business development that spanned Orange County, San Diego and the Inland Empire and Los Angeles. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Operations for the Western Division at PM Realty Group for 10 years.
In his free time, Shane enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and four children.
