Professional Experience
Scott Sowanick is a Managing Director with the Industrial Development Services division in Stream’s Southern California office, where he oversees the firm’s Western Region Industrial Development Services business. In this role, Scott leads investment strategy, deal origination, and project execution for industrial development and asset repositioning efforts across the Western Region. Since 2019, he has established a Southern California industrial development and investment portfolio totaling more than 2.3 million square feet across 22 buildings. In addition to the existing portfolio, Scott and his Western Region team have curated a project pipeline representing more than 3 million square feet of new development.
Prior to joining Stream, Scott worked within Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s investment banking and global equities businesses, holding positions in New York, London, and San Francisco.
