Professional Experience
Billy Byrne is an Executive Managing Director and Partner in Stream’s Denver office. In this role, he is responsible for co-leading the office, guiding strategy, enhancing client service, and supporting talent development. His career background is in office tenant representation, where he has advised clients on headquarters relocations, build-to-suit projects, and portfolio strategy.
Prior to joining Stream, Billy was a Senior Managing Director at Hughes Marino and previously served as an office Principal with The Staubach Company’s Front Range division before its merger with JLL. With more than 25 years of experience, he has completed transactions totaling over $1 billion and spanning millions of square feet.
