HOUSTON – August 24, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that Will Condrey has joined the firm as Senior Vice President in Houston. In this role, Condrey will focus on industrial occupier services and landlord representation, advising clients across the industrial and land sectors throughout Houston and beyond.
Condrey joins Stream with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, capital markets, and advisory. He began his career in the mortgage business with Live Oak Capital, where he underwrote a range of property types and capital structures, before moving into brokerage. He went on to spend 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he built a strong foundation in brokerage, followed by eight years at Cresa, where he helped grow the firm’s industrial platform.
Throughout his career, Condrey has advised clients on industrial leasing, investment sales, land transactions, and broader industrial strategy. His experience includes industrial and land transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in aggregate value, reflecting a broad track record across occupier, investor, and land advisory assignments.
At Stream, Condrey will work alongside Tyler Maner and Jeremy Lumbreras, Managing Directors of Stream’s Houston Industrial Occupier Services and Landlord Representation division, to support the continued growth of the firm’s industrial platform across Houston.
