With 26 years of experience in all aspects of tenant representation including corporate headquarter leases, site selection, leasing and acquisition, he has successfully handled his clients’ real estate requirements, including over 25 corporate headquarters with public companies, 31 transactions over 100,000 square feet, 2 synthetic leases with loan amounts in excess of $650 million, and numerous anchor/lead tenant leases resulting in over 3.6 million square feet of new construction.
