- Successfully negotiated a full floor lease in a highly amenitized, class A downtown office building with energy efficient building features
- Negotiated lease terms including a generous tenant improvement allowance for new, first generation office space and four months of free rent
- Negotiated above market parking ratio (4x the average for downtown)
