4080 Centre Street will undergo extensive renovations to become a Class A creative office.
SAN DIEGO, CA – September 1, 2020 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced today that the San Diego office has closed on 4080 Centre Street, a 20,456-square-foot office building in the Uptown submarket. In partnership with a private client group, Stream will redevelop the building into an infill boutique office catered to small, creative tenants.
