Stream Realty Partners Announces Completion of the Acquisition of Stream Data Centers by Apollo Funds

DALLAS – November 3, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners (“Stream”), a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that the previously agreed-upon acquisition of Stream Data Centers (“SDC”) by Apollo-managed funds (“Apollo Funds”) has been completed, with Principal Asset Management® acquiring a minority interest. The transaction marks a significant step forward for SDC as it accelerates development across its multi-gigawatt hyperscale pipeline to meet rapidly expanding digital and AI-driven infrastructure demands. 

SDC originated within Stream and has continued to grow alongside the firm’s expanding national platform, specializing in the development and operation of hyperscale data center campuses across the United States. With Apollo’s long-term capital support and strategic backing, SDC is positioned to accelerate the delivery of large-scale capacity in key growth markets. The company’s leadership team will retain a minority stake and continue to guide its national expansion.
