ORLANDO, FL – May 29, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that Scott Edwards has joined its Orlando office as Senior Vice President. In this role, he will lead industrial tenant representation efforts while continuing to draw on his strong background in office, medical, and investment services to support a broad range of client needs.
Edwards will work alongside John Gilbert, Executive Managing Director of Stream’s Orlando operations, as well as Darryl Hoffman, Executive Vice President for Stream Orlando.

Before joining Stream, Edwards served as Director of Office & Industrial Services at Franklin Street in Orlando, where he spent over six years advising local, regional, and national clients. His expertise includes landlord and tenant representation, site selection, investment sales, and single-user acquisitions, particularly in the industrial and medical office sectors.
