As Stream continues to grow its diverse platform, Barbles will play a key role on the office leasing team to drive new business and optimize owner relationships.

Barbles brings over 14 years of experience in tenant representation, providing strategic and optimized corporate real estate solutions to a diverse client base, including private equity firms, energy, insurance, healthcare, law firms and financial institutions. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated approximately 191 transactions totaling over 2 million square feet and $295 million in total lease revenue.
Stream has experienced tremendous growth since opening its Houston office in 2006.
