CHARLOTTE, NC – November 08, 2021 – Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, has been awarded property management of over 750,000 square feet of assets across Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham by Asana Partners, a real estate investment company.

The Charlotte portfolio, which consists of over 500,000 square feet across 25 buildings, features many of the city’s most dynamic mixed-use properties. The Raleigh-Durham assignment consists of over 230,000 square feet across eight buildings, which serves as a breakout opportunity for Stream Carolinas in the area. This prestigious assignment comes on the heels of real estate investment advisor DRA Advisors increasing its management footprint with Stream by 869,000 square feet across the Carolinas.

Located throughout the South End, Uptown, NoDa, and Plaza Midwood neighborhoods, some of the more notable assets within Asana’s Charlotte portfolio include the Design Center of the Carolinas, a 168,502-square-foot property at 1930 Camden Road, and 330-340 W. Tremont Ave., a recently purchased 59,266-square-foot mixed-use development. Both assets are in the booming South End submarket and embody the creative character of the neighborhood.

Occupying two former tobacco warehouses, the historic Brightleaf Square anchors Asana’s portfolio with 125,162 square feet of retail and office space. In tandem with assuming management of the Brightleaf District portfolio, Stream will be opening a Raleigh-Durham office to support its growing presence in the area.

Jared Londry, Stream’s Executive Managing Director of the Carolinas, said, “Stream is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to deliver exceptional results in our strategic partnership with Asana Partners. We’re particularly excited to manage such a distinctive portfolio of assets in the Carolinas as we work to expand our platform across the nation.”
