Professional Experience
Donald Ellis serves as a Senior Vice President within Stream’s Southern California office, where he specializes in the sale of retail shopping centers throughout the Southern California market. His focus includes multi-tenant retail as well as non-entitled and entitled land transactions. Over the last ten years, he has closed more than $800 million in real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Stream, Donald worked at Colliers International for five years, where he served as a Senior Vice President within their Retail Investment Services group. His previous financial and real estate experience includes roles with Majestic Realty, ABN AMRO, and Lehman Brothers.
