Matt serves as a Vice President for Stream’s Houston office division. Matt’s primary responsibilities include project leasing and assisting in sourcing, structuring, and underwriting strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. He is responsible for identifying opportunities through project leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. He is actively engaged in marketing, business development, and office leasing and represents an institutional grade office portfolio totaling 4 million square feet.

His strengths include actively marketing properties, financial lease analysis, negotiating lease structure, and executing leases for a wide range of owners, all with different goal sets for their respective properties. Matt has completed over 650 lease transactions totaling well over 3.5 million square feet. Matt’s market knowledge and attention to detail allow him to complete a significant volume of transactions year over year. As a consistent Top Producer at Stream, Matt continues to be a market leader in landlord leasing.
