Professional Experience
Adam Green joined Stream Realty Partners – Austin in 2013 and serves as Senior Vice President for the firm’s industrial division, overseeing Austin operations and surrounding markets. Adam is responsible for business development, strategy, and the execution of industrial transactions including project leasing and sales, tenant representation, acquisitions, and development.
Adam has been instrumental in growing the Austin industrial leasing portfolio and currently leases over five million square feet, while representing many of the top institutional real estate owners in the country, including: AEW, Agellan Capital Partners, Clarion Partners, DRA Advisors, DWS, EastGroup Properties, and USAA.
Additionally, Adam has an extensive tenant/buyer base, which includes customers in the Fortune 500 as well as local and regional strategic partners. Adam has closed over 650 client transactions with a total deal volume north of $1 Billion.
Adam graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics with an emphasis in real estate and finance.
