Professional Experience
Alec Solomon joined Stream in January 2024 as a Director of Financial Analytics based out of the South Florida office. He uses finance, analytics, and forensic due diligence to provide clients and brokers with negotiating strategies that serve as a foundation for broader real estate decision-making.
Prior to joining Stream, Alec served as an Acquisition Associate at Ravinia Capital Group. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in conducting financial analysis to facilitate acquisitions and portfolio management. His responsibilities included business development and new deal sourcing, overseeing asset and property management for the existing portfolio, engaging in fundraising initiatives, and conducting market research to identify opportunities and support strategic planning. He also worked directly with investor base to deliver quarterly financial reporting and discuss future fundraising requirements for new deals.
Alec graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, with a triple concentration in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.
In his free time, Alec is passionate about racquet sports, including tennis, pickleball, and padel. He also enjoys trying new restaurants and actively engages in volunteer work with the American Cancer Society.
