Professional Experience
Alec Solomon joined Stream in 2024 as a Director of Financial Analytics based in the South Florida office. He leverages finance, analytics, and forensic due diligence to equip clients and brokers with negotiating strategies that support informed, data-driven real estate decision-making.
Prior to joining Stream, Alec served as an Acquisition Associate at Ravinia Capital Group, where he conducted financial analysis to support acquisitions and portfolio management. His responsibilities included business development and new deal sourcing, asset and property management oversight, fundraising initiatives, and market research to identify opportunities and guide strategic planning. He also worked directly with investors to deliver quarterly financial reporting and align on future fundraising requirements.
Alec’s depth of financial insight is instrumental in strengthening Stream’s internal operations and supporting client teams as they navigate complex real estate decisions.
