Professional Experience
Alex Olofson joined Stream Realty Partners in 2016 and serves as Vice President for the firm’s Carolinas Capital Markets team located in Charlotte, NC. Alex focuses on the disposition and acquisition of office, industrial, and mixed-use properties throughout the Carolinas on behalf of institutional and private owners, family offices, and high-net-worth investors. During his career, Alex has been involved in over $300 million in investment property sales.
Before joining the Capital Markets team, Alex worked on the Office Agency Leasing team, executing transactions totaling $200 million in deal consideration.
Alex graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was also a member of the Men’s Soccer Team.
