Professional Experience
Allison Bush joined Stream in 2018 as Senior Property Manager in Southern California where she was responsible for the management of an industrial portfolio totaling three million square feet in San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego and Los Angeles counties. In 2022, Allison transferred to Stream’s Nashville office where she continues to manage industrial properties.
Prior to joining Stream, Allison worked with Colliers International and Davis Partners, where she managed over 2.5 million square feet of industrial property. While with Davis Partners, she managed the Christ Cathedral Campus in Garden Grove, a complex 34-acre campus which includes seven architectural landmark buildings and a cemetery. While at the cathedral, her responsibilities included the day-to-day management of all campus operations, such as events, parish and school activities, security-related activities, ongoing construction projects, building equipment and oversight of facility personnel.
In her free time, Allison enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, DIY home improvement projects, and entertaining family and friends.
